Positive aspects:
The room and bathroom were clean, staff was friendly, location was very convenient

Negative aspects:
No air condition, very difficult to sleep because it was hot outside and the room was very noisy because the hotel is located on the busy street. The bed was not comfortable.

Positive aspects:
This hotel had great accommodation and was in a great spot. The reception desk was alot of help on information about what to do in the city, bus stops, etc. Also the breakfast buffet was better than most of the European hotels that I have stayed at.

The hotel was basic, but good for what we needed and very central to all major sites in Salzburg. The internet services were also very helpful. Highly recommended for travelers who aren't looking for luxury, but like comfort and cleanliness.
