Positive aspects:
It is centrally located and cheap. The breakfast was plentiful and good.

Negative aspects:
The soap was like lye. The shampoo came in a little squeeze packet. The room wasn't vacuumed each day. There was little sound insulation between rooms. The carpets were dirty. The pillow was thin. This worn-out hotel is excellent for a budget traveler, but it is not a great place for a vacation.

Positive aspects:
The employees were courteous and very helpul. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast service was excellent. The hotel was centrally located in Salzburg. It was an enjoyable experience.

Negative aspects:
There was much noise outside our hotel window at night, since we overlooked a bus stop. The summer heat made it necessary to keep the windows open and listen to the noise. But this was certainly not the fault of the hotel management.

Positive aspects:
Perfectly located, reasonably priced, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable and excellent food. The terrace restaurant is an added feature in the summer.Car parking is available - a very useful feature. Altogether an admirable choice for our purposes and I am a discriminating traveller. .
